This X-mas, I made a special gift to myself - I ordered four items from Jam-Screw, an Australian company that I had only discovered a few weeks earlier. Two rescue hoists (Sikorsky and Westland), the landing gear set and the tail rotor kit - what can I say, the level of detail in the 3D printed parts is _really_ impressing. I did not think that parts as fine as these could be printed at all!

However, not all of the parts made their way half around the globe without damage. A number of the smaller parts came loose on their trip, and two parts actually turned out to be broken when I opened the containers. I think the main problem with the packaging was that the foam material used inside the plastic containers was too hard - a softer foam would probably more appropriate for the fragile parts.

Anyway, even with the little damage, the four sets were well worth their money. Highly recommended!

My SeaKing build is still in the future but these se 3Dprinted detail parts look great & are carefully packed

The main rotor support frame is a component that is very well detailed and superbly executed.
It is a real enrichment for every 1:48 Sea King model with a folded rotor and is a great eye-catcher when attached to the model.
However, it would be nice to have a short building instruction showing the exact positioning of the part.
Otherwise: Top part!
